 My name is Richard Martin, President of Glacier Diesel Power, Inc. and I'm writing this to give you a little insight into my background and the direction I'm taking with GDP.
For as long as I can remember I've been in love with diesel trucks. As soon as I purchased my first Cummins powered Dodge and began modifying it I was hooked. Over the years came an ever changing string of trucks and new ways to modify them. Every truck was a little different and every one had its own quirks and problem areas. The common thread I noticed was the lack of availability of custom parts for our trucks.
There are plenty of great vendors out there that we all purchase our performance upgrades from. The missing element is the availability of small run or "custom parts" tailored for a particular application or need. During my travels I've seen a lot of home designed solutions that I would have purchased in a heartbeat if they were available over the counter. Someone just needed to bring these great ideas to market. This is where Glacier Diesel Power found it's roots.
I've also noticed a lot of smoke and mirrors when it came to the diesel aftermarket. This is something that I've always consider unacceptable. Those that know me will tell you that I don't play favorites or games. If you ask me a question about a product or modification you'll get a straight answer, good OR bad.
In closing, I'm involved in all of the day to day operations from answering the phones to product development. I take everything about my business, my products and your truck personally. If you ever have a problem or concern I'll be the only person you'll have to deal with. I believe that one on one support is the greatest service a company can offer.
