The GDP Power-Flo intake manifolds for the 2003-2007 Dodge Rams are the ones you've been looking for! The Power-Flo is a direct factory replacement for the restrictive factory intake manifold found on the Dodge Common Rail powered trucks.
We begin with a one piece mandrel bent tube for perfect fit and reduced restriction. No internal seams or welds to cause corrosion or weak points in the main body. This tube is then attached to our "perfect match" flange for a flawless fit everytime. This manufacturing method allows us to keep fasteners out of the air path and provide a 100% smooth interior finish. All Power-Flo intakes are also internally powder coated to reduce air resistance even further.
The Power-Flo maintains air density and velocity via uniform tubing size to eliminate air speed reductions found in manifolds that enlarge and reduce back down before entering the intake plenum. The main body of the Power-Flo is an exact match to the factory intercooler piping.
Our mounting tabs maintain the factory location of the dipstick tube and stock mounting hardware. The rear mounting tabs are also maintained in the original locations. This makes the Power-Flo the ONLY intake on the market which allows installation of our MK-2 two micron filter kits without modification!
On the back of the Power-Flo intake you'll find a boss with two 1/4" npt ports and two 1/8" npt ports. This makes the installation of nitrous oxide, water/meth, and boost gauges a snap.
Every Power-Flo intake manifold includes new factory mounting gaskets.

I have the Power-Flo Intake Manifold on my 2005 Ram. The part is of exceptional quality, and fits perfectly.
I have experienced less low end smoke, better throttle response, cooler intake air temps, and achieve peak boost 100-150 rpms sooner.

I had looked at all the others (AFE, CFM+, Banks) and bought this one in the red hammer finish. This item is a well engineered product that flows! A very high quality item that exceeded my expectations. Four tapped ports on the back with plugs is a plus that didn't cost extra. Nice item that is priced right!
