What Products Won't Ship For Free?

Products that ship via freight, products that are heavy, products shipping outside of the lower 48 states or items with very low profit margins that won't allow us to cover the cost of shipping. Also, all international core return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Costs include but are not limited to shipping, duties, and customs fees.

What Shipping Options Are Available?

We offer many different shipping options. We do use UPS, FedEx and USPS most of the time. If you have a preference you would like us to use, please get with us or request it in the comment section of your order. We do offer expedited shipping options as well. If you would like your shipment expedited, please get with us for your options. 

Do You Ship Outside Of The USA?

Yes, we ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx, USPS and a few others. Customs duties and import fees to your country will vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office for more information. Freight fees will vary depending on what parts are ordered and the size of the box(es). Please e-mail a list items you intend to order so we may calculate the best, most efficient, and least expensive method to ship your order.

Do You Ship To Alaska And Hawaii?

Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. After purchasing you may be contacted to collect the shipping fees if there is any. As you know... shipping to these states can be expensive sometimes! 

What Could Cause A Shipping Delay?

Shipping delay can occur for many reasons such as when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If we are have an influx of orders, if the shipping companies miss a pick-up, if the order time was after pick-up time, if the product went out of stock before your order was processed. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

We work extremely hard to make sure that your items get to you as quickly as possible. We are small family owned company who sometimes make mistakes but we do our very best to make sure that none are made so you can enjoy your items in a timely manner! During the holiday season, please give us just a little extra time as we do take a couple days off every now and then to see our families. We are sometimes short staffed around this time but rest assured that there is someone working extremely hard to make sure we get as many orders processed as fast as we can!
