Glacier Diesel Power 2007.5–2012 Ram 6.7L Cummins Torker-III 100 HP Injector Nozzles (TORKER-67100)

Description

Ready to take your 2007.5–2012 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins to the next level?

The Glacier Diesel Power Torker-III 100 HP Injector Nozzles provide a substantial increase in fueling for properly supported street-performance and high-horsepower applications.

Rated at approximately 100 additional horsepower at the wheels, the Torker-III is designed for customers who have moved beyond mild bolt-on performance and need additional fueling to support a stronger engine combination.

That doesn't mean your truck has to live at the drag strip. With the proper turbocharger, fuel system, tuning, and supporting modifications, the Torker-III can still be used in a street-driven or daily-driven performance truck.

Every GDP Torker nozzle starts with a brand-new Bosch tip, is Extrude Honed for increased flow, and is flow balanced to within ±1% of the target rate.

More fuel when you need it, with the consistency you expect from a properly matched set.

Features

  • Designed for 2007.5–2012 Dodge/Ram 6.7L Cummins
  • Approximately 100 HP increase at the wheels
  • Brand-new Bosch injector tips
  • Precision Extrude Honed for increased flow
  • Flow balanced to within ±1% of target rate
  • Designed to increase horsepower and torque
  • Strong step up from the Torker-II 75 HP nozzles
  • Excellent for properly supported street-performance and higher-horsepower builds
  • Can be used in properly configured daily-driven applications
  • Supporting fuel and airflow upgrades required
  • Glacier Diesel Power Part Number: TORKER-67100

Why Flow Balancing Matters

Increasing nozzle flow is only part of building a quality performance nozzle.

You also want each cylinder receiving fuel as consistently as possible.

GDP Torker nozzles are flow balanced to within ±1% of the target flow rate, helping maintain consistency across the complete set rather than simply increasing the flow of six injector tips.

As fueling and horsepower increase, that consistency becomes even more important.

Brand-New Bosch Tips

Every GDP Torker Series nozzle begins with a brand-new Bosch injector tip.

The tips are then Extrude Honed to achieve the increased flow required for the Torker-III specification. GDP's stated goal with this process is to create additional power without unnecessary soot and smoke.

Starting with new Bosch tips also provides a consistent foundation without relying on used nozzle tips with unknown wear or history.

100 HP With Serious Street Potential

The Torker-III represents a significant increase in fueling, but 100 HP nozzles don't automatically make your Cummins a race truck.

With the right supporting combination, these nozzles can be an excellent fit for:

  • Street-performance trucks
  • Daily-driven performance builds
  • Upgraded turbocharger applications
  • Compound turbo setups
  • Higher-horsepower builds
  • Competition applications

Customers have reported benefits from GDP Torker nozzles including lower EGTs, increased fuel economy, and quieter engine operation, although results will vary depending on tuning, supporting modifications, vehicle configuration, load, and driving habits.

Supporting Modifications Matter

At the Torker-III level, the rest of the truck needs to be ready for the additional fueling.

GDP requires supporting fuel and airflow upgrades for the Torker-III 100 HP nozzles.

Turbocharger airflow, lift-pump supply, high-pressure fuel-system capability, filtration, tuning, transmission capability, and overall engine condition should all be considered when building the combination.

More injector isn't a substitute for a properly matched build.

If you're unsure whether your current combination is ready for Torker-III nozzles, contact Glacier Diesel Power before ordering.

Applications

Designed for:

  • 2007.5–2009 Dodge Ram 2500 & 3500 6.7L Cummins
  • 2010–2012 Ram 2500 & 3500 6.7L Cummins

Installation

GDP Torker nozzle sets include supporting installation components to help make injector nozzle service easier, including a stainless steel nozzle holding/removal tool, new copper sealing washers, intake manifold gasket, and full-color installation instructions.

These are performance injector nozzles, not complete replacement injectors. The condition of the existing injectors should be verified before installation.

Professional installation is recommended if you're not experienced with Common Rail injector service.

Important Notes

  • Glacier Diesel Power Part Number: TORKER-67100
  • Rated at approximately 100 additional horsepower at the wheels
  • Manufactured from brand-new Bosch injector tips
  • Extrude Honed for increased flow
  • Flow balanced to within ±1% of target rate
  • Supporting fuel and airflow upgrades are required
  • These are injector nozzles/tips, NOT complete fuel injectors
  • Injector condition should be verified before installation
  • Professional installation is recommended when appropriate
  • Does NOT ship to California

Glacier Tech Tip

At the 100 HP nozzle level, choosing the right supporting combination becomes increasingly important.

The Torker-III should be matched to the truck's turbocharger, lift pump, high-pressure fuel system, tuning, transmission, intended use, and overall horsepower goal.

If the Torker-I 50 HP is the mild step and the Torker-II 75 HP is the middle ground, the Torker-III 100 HP starts moving into serious performance territory while still being completely usable in the right street-driven combination.

Don't choose the biggest nozzle just because it's available.

Choose the nozzle that matches the truck you're building.
