MY07: Originally these injectors have a flow rate of 66 l/h @ a pressure of 100bar.

MY13: Originally these injectors have a flow rate of 72 l/h @ a pressure of 100bar.

Nozzle flow rate of 96 l/h/100bar –> 45% increase compared to stock MY07, 33% increase compared to stock MY13

To better understand the injection quantity increase, below are the values for the full load injection quantity @1800bar/1700µs:
MY07 OEM: ~150mm³
Stage 0.75: ~190mm³
Stage 1.5: ~210mm³

These injectors are capable of up to 900 rwhp. While it is considered a race injector, they will perform superbly in a daily driven truck with no disadvantages. True to our tradition we are building these injectors by hand, to the highest standards available. To reach the 900hp range a dual cp3 system is a must. We are very proud of this outstanding new product.

These injectors have higher durability requirements than any other part of a modern diesel engine. Bosch has designed its injectors to make billions of injection cycles over their lifetime. Therefore they have responded to a multitude of challenges such as: cavitation erosion, tribological stress, particle erosion, functional behavior and so on. They really are a masterpiece of European engineering.

Every adjustment parameter, every single piece (even the smallest) inside the injector, has its own function to meet all these challenges.

Achieving the maximum output in performance, without harming the long term , separates our products from others. We are the only supplier capable of improving the nozzles, as well as the internals of the injector, essential for getting maximum power on racing applications.
